As an existing client of findmysuper.com.au we have retained your personal information under our privacy statement that is on our web site www.findmysuper.com.au.

By pressing submit you are requesting a fresh search or a new search of the data that we hold on you and this personal data is protected by our privacy statement. We require you to validate your information by sending an image of a drivers licence or passport uploaded on our portal and sent via our secure gateway that will be retained for AUSTRAC compliance.

By pressing submit on the mobile application you will appoint Findmysuper.com.au (trading as Best Interest Advice Pty Ltd AFSL 292925) to be my authorized representative to hold my Tax File Number in a secure location and to utilise my information for the purposes of locating superannuation accounts and superannuation money held by the ATO. I nominate Best Interest Advice Pty Ltd to act on my behalf for the purposes of paragraph 355-25(2)(g) of Schedule 1 to the Taxation Administration Act 1953 with respect to protected information relating to a search conducted on my behalf.

We will contact you by email, text message or mail of the search results and we will also conduct a superannuation fee comparison under the general advice provisions provided by the Corporations Act.
